Administrator The administrator (admin) is responsible for setting up and maintaining the system - Locations, Services, Personnel, Users, Settings.
Dean Vickerman Dean is primary financial planner at Vickerman Financial Services, but is looking to expand.
His user level is Manager.  This allows him to create and edit other user accounts.
Dean has a linked Personnel record.  This means that he can take appointments (see clients).
